A space to understand what is happening
Individual therapy can help you make sense of difficult emotions, recurring patterns, relationships, transitions, and the parts of life that feel harder to carry alone.
You do not need to wait until things are unbearable to ask for support.
Therapy can be useful when something feels clearly difficult, but also when you simply notice that the same patterns keep returning or you want a better understanding of yourself.
You feel overwhelmed
Stress, anxiety, overthinking, decision fatigue, or a constant sense of being mentally switched on.
Relationships feel complicated
Recurring conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, attachment patterns, or uncertainty about what you need.
You are in a transition
Career changes, moving, family shifts, breakups, new relationships, identity changes, or periods where life no longer feels familiar.
You keep repeating the same cycle
When insight alone has not been enough and you want to understand what keeps pulling you back into the same reactions or choices.
Starting is intentionally simple.
You can start with a 15-minute introductory call if you want to ask questions first. If you already know you would like to begin, you can choose a full session directly.
