A thoughtful space to understand what you’re carrying.
Therapy can help you slow things down, make sense of patterns, and move through difficult seasons with more clarity. This space is feminist, queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and sex positive.
Not sure where to begin? Start with a short introductory call. There’s no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions.
There’s no single reason to begin.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. These are simply some of the themes that may come into the room.
Anxiety & overwhelm
When your mind is always running, your body feels on edge, or everyday decisions start to feel heavy.
Relationships & boundaries
Understanding recurring dynamics, communicating more clearly, and learning where your needs fit
Life transitions
Work changes, moving, identity shifts, breakups, family changes, or periods where life no longer looks familiar.
Self-worth & patterns
Exploring why certain cycles keep repeating and building a relationship with yourself that feels less critical and more grounded.
Therapy should feel human.
My role is not to tell you what your life should look like. It is to help you create enough space to notice what is happening, understand what may be underneath it, and make choices that feel more aligned with your life. Our work can be reflective and curious, but it can also be practical. We can pay attention to what comes up in the room while staying connected to the life you are actually living outside it.
A little more familiar, before you begin.
Start with a conversation.
A 25-minute introductory call gives you space to ask questions and get a sense of whether the fit feels right.
Begin where you are.
You don’t need a polished story. A first session can begin with what feels difficult and what you hope to understand.
Find a rhythm together.
Ongoing sessions can make room to notice patterns, reflect on your experiences, and use that insight in everyday life.
Choose the amount of space you need.
You can begin with a short introductory call or book a full session directly. Availability and eligibility can depend on your location.
Intro call
A short, low-pressure conversation to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and see whether the fit feels right.
Therapy session
A standard one-to-one session for ongoing therapeutic work, reflection, and building continuity over time.
Extended session
More room for sessions where you want extra time to unpack something complex or work without feeling rushed.
“I didn’t even realise one hour had gone by, it was that enriching.”
What is Mentalization Based Therapy? How can it help me?
Mentalization-based therapy (MBT) is a short-term Psychodynamic approach that enhances one’s ability to understand & interpret the thoughts & feelings of oneself & others. Mentalizing is the ability to read, access, and reflect on mental states in ourselves and other people. Understanding these mental states can help build insight into your life challenges and offer perspectives that change how you approach difficult situations and relations.
What can I expect in a session with you?
I believe in building a therapeutic approach in collaboration with my clients. What happens in a session depends on what you need most to happen. You can expect me to ask you questions that help you dig deeper and point out blind spots you may have missed.
How do you work with neurodivergent clients?
My approach to neurodivergence relies heavily on understanding how an individual’s nervous system functions. This includes which senses they are most attuned to, how their bodies function, what feels stimulating and what feels safe.
How do you work with queer clients?
Understanding the social position of my clients is central to my work. Queer individuals can face extraordinary challenges in identity formation, social integration, long term relationships and community structures. As a queer individual myself, I honor these developmental factors in every client’s life trajectory.
You don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out.
